Contact form submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and, if a service is booked, to manage that job — including communicating updates, scope changes, and collection arrangements.

We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing. We will not contact you after a job is complete unless you have asked us to or you initiate contact.

Anonymised analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and to improve the website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining an effective website.

The legal basis for processing contact form data is your consent (given by submitting the form) and, where a service contract results, the necessity of performing that contract.

We retain contact form data for up to twelve months after the last interaction, after which it is deleted. Job records for completed service work are retained for up to three years for warranty and documentation purposes, then deleted unless you request otherwise.

Access to personal data is limited to workshop staff directly involved in the relevant job. In the event of a data breach that is likely to affect your rights, we will notify affected individuals within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
